Good Things Are Yet To Come

I've been reading up on dieting recently.. And there's an interesting cycle in the following:


Instinctive Eating Cycle
Why do I eat? -  Hunger
When do I eat? - When I'm hungry
What? - Whatever I want
How? - Intentionally
How much? - Enough to satisfy hunger
Where? - Living my life
Overeating Cycle
Why? - Triggers
When? - External or emotional cues
What? - Tempting or comfort foods
How? - Mindlessly, quickly, or secretly
How much? - Until food is gone or I'm uncomfortable
Where? - Excess fuel is stored
Restrictive Eating Cycle
Why? - Rules
When? - According to the rules
What? - "Good" or allowed foods
How? - Rigidly
How much? - Allowed amount
Where? - Energy is spent on diet and exercise



So which cycle are you at? I admit, before I went into crazy health-freak mode, I was in the instinctive cycle which probably most of us(non-emo kids) are. Then after knowing how food can change your body, I became crazy over dieting. It became a healthy lifestyle for me. So I'm at Restrictive Eating Cycle.

This week has been.. alternatively educating with my Tuesdays and Thursdays as holidays.

Monday(got sch) - Dinner with Ben, impromptu late night movie The Avengers with him

Tuesday(no sch) - Gym + Swim with the guys, failed to watch battleship(no seats), went to have dinner with Caius and LANed with him

Wednesday(got sch D:)  - Boring CEM lecture, had make-up tutorials because of Tuesday's holiday so went home later than usual

Thursday(TMR!! NO SCHH! :D) - Protein gonna be delivered to my house in the morning. NO SCH coz IB project have to go do customer experience. And we're gonna catch a movie tmr night! But most probably it'll be Avengers..(watch on monday liao.... T_T)

Friday - e2i CCA training and NYAA CAMP til Sunday! I can't wait! Parents also coming back on this day


Last Sunday my parents went overseas,so I'm left with my sister to survive the week(til Friday) without them. Boo hoo~ no one to wash my clothes or clean the room. Seriously my time schedule is really tight and I have no time to do any chores at all. And also.. I don't know how to wash clothes xD And that is why I've been rationing my clothes for NYAA Camp, and wearing SHIRTS and JEANS to school. Coz I don't usually wear them.. so this is how I 'save' all my usually wear clothing for camp :D



BTW I HAVE REACHED BETWEEN 56.4 - 57KG!! I've lost more weight muahahahha! I'm pushing myself to the limit! Wanna lose weight? Formula very easy.

Calorie = Energy
Calorie Consumed > Calorie Used = FATTTT
Calorie Used > Calorie Consumed = LOSE WEIGHT


Common misconceptions (Corrections in brackets):
EAT FAT = BECOME FAT (EAT FATS = CONSUME MORE CALORIES)

EAT CHOLESTEROL = HIGH BLOOD CHOLESTEROL (Eat Cholesterol = low effect on blood cholesterol. BUT, usually people eat cholesterol food with high amounts of Saturated Fat which is the main cause of HIGH BLOOD CHOLESTEROL)

EAT FRUITS ALL DAY = WONT GET FAT AT ALL (Fruits is sugar, which are carbohydrates. They are healthy BECAUSE they give you vitamins, but as long as the fruits you eat got more calories than you used, you will become FATTT)


Well.. Currently I've made myself so busy after IFFS that I am accomplishing a lot more than before at a good pace. I should be on the right track
