For the past 3 weekends(including this one) , I skipped church on Saturday because I had projects the whole day from 9am to 6pm. In these same weeks, I also had much trouble sleeping partially due to stress from school. However, I found out the root of the problem: Time Management
On weekends, I usually would spend the Saturday studying the week's tutorials, going to church, play some computer games, rarely watch TV and relax. On Sundays I would hit the gym, do the tutorials for next week, chill and play more computer games. But for the past 3 Saturdays, projects have taken up almost the entire day, leaving my weekend from Saturday evening to the night of Sunday where these recurring weekend lifestyle of mine continues. With so many essential activities being compressed into almost a day, its nowonder I feel this burden of pressure upon me.
But but but.. despite these time constraints, I'm still able to complete these activities in such a shortened period of time. It proves that I am adaptable to my surroundings. Well, the side-effects are that more stressed and sleep a bit lesser. Play time was cut only about 20% while Church time was 100%.
The final week of stress is here I reckon.
Monday: Table Topic Session 1
Tuesday: CCA!
Wednesday: Gym
Thursday: IB final presentation!! Final day for ACF report
Friday: Table Topic Session 2(Correction: Its next next week :O), Final day for Bcomm report, CCA
Currently, I have been reading a 'book'(Its not really a book) about multi-level marketing. I was tasked to read it, learn how to convince people and try to absorb NP students into e2i Club. Also, I consulted Ms Candy Wong about the book, my PMKT lecturer, who said that this 'book' will also help a lot in Bcomm 3 because there will be an assessment of pitching your product.
See ya on da flip side!
