Distracted and Unmotivated

Its tough to concentrate and study but here's an update!

Walk, With Me last Saturday. Had a better turnout rate than expected but still lacking wayyyyyy less than the goal initially. Raising about $14k for Loving Hearts Multi-Service Centre was worth it in the end. The night before, there was lack of sleep. On the day itself, there was a lack of proper meals due to the preparation of the event and other on-site stuff. Definitely wouldn't want to enter into Events industry for my internship.

NP Students met TUC Chinese students on Monday. Had a great time with my group during the day games. They were really friendly and open. Though we didn't expect them to look the way they are, BUT their character surpassed beyond my expectations. There was one part when I was extremely touched and pleased - When a girl offered tissue paper to Shaun when he was sweating while waiting at the bus stop. OMG man, I just.. WHAO! WOWOWOW! Never have I seen a Singaporean girl(or at least in TR03) did something like that. I'm amazed! That was the point I told myself that LKY's decision to import Foreign Talents was right! Not that I'm stereotyping or anything but the impression I had was amazing.

Oh and the same Monday at night, we went to Holland V for dinner :D

Had about 5-6 dishes yummy yummy!

Went to Clark Quay after that... to bring them around see see. Didn't really take much pictures, and I REGRETTED! Dayum!

Well this picture was at CQ and the bald guy on the left made an impromptu photo bomb while he was walking past. Idk wth was YQ(Yan Qian) doing. From this picture, we can see that YQ(Ying Qing) is wearing the Walk, With Me wrist band :D


Today, for dinner I ate Ajisen Ramen with my pri sch friends and teacher. It was many years (2006) since we graduated from Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School. Times have changed, but some people have not. We were talking that I used to be crazily brave, stood up and go head on with the super strict teacher which everyone else feared. Come to think about it, I guess that's where it built my crazy character in Secondary School and then Poly life. But the intensity of whackness dropped from Primary School to Secondary School and now Poly.

Sitting on my orange computer chair now.... I'm going mad over HOW TO STUDY PROPERLY. I get distracted easily and keep getting the mindset of "Sheesh, I know how to do this liao, SKIP to next topic" for almost every topic. And usually when exams come out, after looking through the questions during reading period I'll be like "Wah sian ka lao sai, I thought I know how this works, how come suddenly don't know liao" Summary for this would be.... Shit Happens.


Its late, I'm tired. I guess I'll rest soon.
