Happy End of Janurary 2013!

31-1-13 is the same backwards.

Had a great feast today! Met Sherhong at the gym at 9am, she was late by 10-15min as usual HAHAHA.

I reached at like.. 8.50am and I tried doing my benchpress as usual, but I died at the first set, 5th rep. I couldn't lift it up. It was stuck onto my chest. I did my usual maneuver by latching back one side of the olympic bar to the rack and then quickly ducking down, avoiding the remains of the unlatched olympic bar that tumbles down. It was a close call for life.

FINALLY SHERHONG CAME AT 9:10am. I was so freaking happy because finally I could do my other sets of benchpress without looking like a fool who gets dangerously stuck on heavy weights. She took like.. 10 minutes to prepare, and that 10 minutes was like super long coz I was sitting down, waiting for her to appear. But it all went well in the end :)

We both lost strength, probably due to our crazy diet yesterday which didn't give us enough to recovery from Tuesday's gym. Nonetheless, we're still determined on this journey of fitness ^^


We both went over to Shell bus stop where the market is at. Tried to look for cheap BBQ stingray as our appetizer at the hawker centre but there was only one shop open (Coz afternoon not many BBQ shops open) which price itself starting at $10. WTH $10 so expensive, more ex than chomp chomp. So we nvm, just head to City Square Mall for our delighted meal that took more than away half of our sleep because of the anticipation.

We ordered two main course as seen from the top two picture, then we split half half and my half is the 3rd picture!


It was heavenly good. Super duper hungry at that time which adds onto the appetite and BOY, WAS IT FILLING!! Yummy Yummy satisfactory to the tummy tummy :D




After lunch, I accompanied Sherhong to laminate her FABM menu and mini-grocery shopping (I paid $0.55 and now I owe her 35 cents, what an irregular installment payment LOL) .




AND RIGHT NOW, ITS THREE-TWENTY-THREE PM, I reached home about 45minutes ago. Come to think of it, Sherhong and I really did things at quick-speed, leaving the rest of the day free to do work or study. I've indeed had my fun and happiness today, I feel like taking a nap... HAHAHA
