THE SHOWER HAS SPOKENNNNNN

I was really enlighten in the shower last night, about the topic of: ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL!

Now what does "ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL" actually mean? It means that either you give it ALL you've got, or don't give much effort at all.

ALL: Okay, so whats defined as an "ALL"? Actually the "ALL" doesn't have to be a single thing, like money. For example, I'm out to buy sports shoe, see a super nice sports shoe for $200, and I love it, I'm gonna give my ALL for it but I'm only having $100. Giving ALL would mean that I would work for the $100 lacking, by giving time, and also effort to search and do the job. OR, I could also source online for second hand, or go the factory buy, etc.You get the idea, that's what it means by "ALL"

NOTHING AT ALL: What's defined as "NOTHING AT ALL"? Its not literally 0 or nil efforts. It means minimal effort where you're within your comfort zone. A personal example would be that for TRSCH test, I gave "NOTHING AT ALL" because I studied at my comfort zone, studying for like 10 minutes each time before playing/relaxing.

So actually all these, were tied to the topic of perfection. "Whats the use for having a perfect body but without the face?" she actually told me that. I reflected in the shower, and I stumbled upon the "ALL OR NOTHING" concept. So.. since all can't be perfect at all, screw caring for the body for now (not too much though LOL), enjoy life and enjoy the foods and workouts. Either we make things totally perfect or do 'nothing' at all, which is to stay in our comfort zones, workout and eat as and when we like.

Anyway, Phase 1 will happen tomorrow. I'm losing optimism today. A little birdie has been very discouraging although I have 3 'green lights' to set me going. But again, with this "ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL" concept, if I wanna do something, might as well give it all I've got or don't do it at all. I'll give it ALLLLLLLL THE WAYYYYYYY!

Though I know nuts about French, I do know this line which fits perfectly:
"Sous la guillotine, jusqu' à la fin"

Which means "Under the guillotine, until the end". NEVER SAY DIE! GIVE IT ALL YA GOT! A hundred and ten percent - 110%.

Anyway, the truth is that I'm totally not prepared for phase 1, been preparing too much for phase 2. Should phase 1 not work out, I'll be stuck! I CAN'T BE STUCK! I WONT BE STUCK! Can't stop, wont stop, DON'T STOP NOW!
