It means so passionate about fulfilling the goal that you don't care whatever is in your way.
A stupid example to put it in would be... : You're drinking tea. But you slurp so loudly that everyone can hear you. But then your main objective is to finish the tea. So you don't give two craps about the loud slurps and don't care what others think and just slurp finish the tea fulfilling your ultimate goal.
Yea that was an example but not too bright one though.
Main summary: Ignore everything else and work toward the specific goal(s)
If I could achieve that one day, I'd be cold, cold but with results. Perhaps there needs to be a balance, I don't know.
