The Games Xpo(TGX)

Spent the whole day at Expo(TGX) today!

12pm, step in only got two chicks getting us to LIKE a page on Facebook in which then after that they give us free ice cream at their counter(wow!). But after we took the ice cream, we threw everything else away, the brochures, the vouchers(spend $50 to get $5 off? no thanks) and other related flyers in the dustbin =P

Heng Yi and Frank came late though. So it was just Me, Caius, Poh Ann and Poh San(Poh Ann's small little brother) there for the first hour. Watched a couple of games and walked around...


After they came we decided to eat lunch. The most WTH thing is Poh Ann, the ONLY participant playing didn't eat almost anything at all for lunch(1/3 of subway only) AND dinner. WTH la. Frank and Heng Yi had 7-11's cup noodles because EVERYWHERE was so packed and full. The rest we all queued up for subway which the queue had 50 PEOPLE IN IT! WTH! Caius shared his Subway with P.A and P.S while I.. Had half a subway for myself and the other half saving it for later... AND 3 HOURS LATER I WAS TOO LATE TO REALIZE THAT I LOST MY SUBWAY COZ I DIDN'T FIND IT IN MY BAG ):


At about 3 + Poh Ann went in for the tourney(tournament) area in which outsiders are not allowed in. But as our usual self, we managed to sneak in later. At first, P.A had an extra tag, duno where he find one. BUT WE DON'T HAVE THE SHIRT. The bouncer kpkb about the shirt " Boy, where's your shirt? You can't go in without the shirt" "Orh I later wear" "NO, you wear now or you cannot enter" "Oh Ok I go wear now" then I walk away. Later later, at a corner.. There's this area where the PUBLIC can enjoy free games. So tycoly, I manage to found it and the guy staff ask me "wanna play?" My eye brows lit up, "OK OKOK" So I had to pass the bouncer again. He told me "Where's your shirt now?" So I'm like.. "nnoonononononono, I'm with the other guy(the staff) and I was allowed in ^^" SUCK ON THAT!

So we had alot of freebies. And the "Free Public Game", the TOP 5 winners have a prize(all same prize). BUTBUTBUT, there's only 4 of us participating so there's only 4 prizes given out LOLOLOLOLOL!

After Poh Ann won 2 out of 3 games, we watched the ending FINAL dota match between AEON and GGHT. AEON pwned them flat.

Then on the bus we reflected.. Oh yknow we failed in all other areas but in this aspect, we're always the winners. Come to think of it.. Yeah.. Study results? FAIL... Pick up new skill? FAIL... Try to get buff and ripped? FAILFAILFAIL... Girls? FAILFAIL... PopularSocialCircle? FAILFAILFAILFAILFAIL... LOL
