Mindsets.

I've became more social towards colleagues ever since someone created a whatsapp group for all the staff in that room. They kinda bitch about how the manager gives us extra things to do, while actually I understand why these 'extra' work for us are actually for, I find it reasonable and acceptable but my colleagues just feel that these are "stunts" and everyday will joke around say "Wah tmr see what stunt she pua sia".

I mingle around quite well, they're friendly and nice to talk to. None of them gym, and honestly, there's no fit guys around except me xD They're all either too skinny or have a belly, hehe. I did advertise myself as a Personal Trainer though (to show off only). I couldn't help to show off that I had connections with the director and the fact that I studied law before. It was because they were talking about our contract with NP for the work, about below 21 still minority and stuff, so I was trying to enlighten the truth and such, inevitably I'm showing off, but it felt good ><

My colleagues also came from different schools in NP, and definitely in my personal opinion, BA (including me ><) people are more of the 'cool' and social butterfly types, while other schools such as IT have more introverts, they are hardly social but still is in the loop of information. Then Engineering school are those talk a lot of nonsense and play play one. The mix is quite balance except for the gender ratios but I still like it, the guys are really easy to talk to. The only thing I'm a little sad for them is that they aren't the creative, think out of the box kinda people. They seem kinda rigid.

Once, the manager came gathered all of us, asked about the current CS6 guide for Windows and we had discussion. At the end, we were told to revamp the guide, 3 of us with notebooks were chosen, of course I always bring laptop one so I kena chosen too! I let one teammate lead forth and headstart the project of creating a new, better CS6 guide for Windows for the freshies to take reference from. Wah the guy just copy and paste exactly word for word, box for box, colour for colour and only wanted to edit the parts where it should be more clear by adding in more screenshots and stuff. Halfway, I just took over and BAAAAAM! I created from scratch a new guide, more aesthetically appealing one with easier comprehension for the laymen. Of course they agreed and assisted me a lot with it too, I'm no IT expert either.

The staff around have negative mindsets, I wish to change that, I hope I could help them turn positive, I will start with the least social ones, I WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS TASK!
