Hell yeah I'm back! I decided to blog more often by actually keeping a 'workout' diary. Lets start from today!
Met up with Sherhong as usual to gym on our Thursday.
Worked out:
(type of workout) (sets x reps) (weight of each side of the bar)
Bench Press 5x5 26.25kg
Remarks: Feeling stronger through its cutting period
Rows 5x5 25kg
Remarks: Form breaks at the 4th and 5th set.
Deadlifts 1x5 45kg
Remarks: Couldn't lift the 4th rep because of fatigue from rows
Dragon flags 3x5
Remarks: Very manageable, core is getting strong.
Then me and Sherhong went over to the stadium to run. We ran the opposite direction of normal flow and ran OUTSIDE of the tracks (yes there is a route).
30 minutes of very light jogging - sherhong's pace. Breathing normally, too easy for me but I guess its okay as long as my heartbeat is 135-140bpm
We're now at Day 10 of Cutting Phase. She's a good partner and also a really good daughter.
