Changes, Changes, Changes.

Woke up today, headed for school gym! Coincidentally, Sherhong came at about the same time to the gym as well. You might wonder why the previous sentence's first word is in italics. Here's why:

Initially the week before, Sherhong told me her break days were this week's Tuesday and Wednesday. Based on her last week's Wed and Thur break, she rather Wed gym so that Thursday can rest. I assumed that she would probably gym on Tuesday rather than Wednesday.

More over, I was still aching on Monday and decided to give myself another day of rest than to head to school gym on Tuesday  to 'coincidentally' gym with her. After all, I must stick to my own body's opinion instead, so I decided to go for Wednesday.

Then, Tuesday seemed so quiet until she posted a picture of food from her chef at her workplace. That meant that Tuesday wasn't her break and that would mean a very highly likely chance of her gymming today, Wednesday. Was I happy? Hell yeah I was, you'll never understand how a Personal Trainer feels when his very first client decides to take off with her own wings and fly away. I'm glad I had the opportunity to watch over her (subtly of course) gym. One obvious thing was that she couldn't push herself without anyone spotting her over the weights, because I saw that she had the potential to go further, but yet stopped due to the possible danger that she couldn't handle it and may let the weight fall on her completely. This is her own personal journey, I tried my best to 'just watch' (like typical singaporeans giving the passer-by effect, this is not me though). I don't think I can ever stop the care and concern but I'll try not to be nosey.

So.. at the gym, during an exercise, I shared a machine with 2 guys, one guy was wearing blue, I'll call him Mr Blue and the other guy's name was Jonathan, and he was from the same church as me! What a coincidence right? I was correcting Jonathan's form of squats, and told Mr Blue that he should actually help his friend here do it properly. Mr Blue was such a FRIEND(sarcasm here), all he does is TALK. Like.. "Go lower go lower", thats it. After Jonathan's exercise finish, Mr Blue just do his own exercise and then again repeat his words when Jonathan's turn "Go lower go lower". He didn't even put in any effort to help correct him, other than meaningless words. I tried to give some nice advice to Mr Blue but he just shun me away by saying "Later we'll try" but in the end never do at all. Mr Blue commented about Sherhong being strong, and since Mr Blue was this kind of guy, I didn't hesitate to humble myself at all and replied "Of course lah, I train her one". But if he had been a nice guy, I would have been more humble and more truthful with the reply of "Nah, She was stronger than this before, she became weak." Screw friends like Mr Blue who probably only cares about himself and is using Jonathan as a gym companion. Its true, we all need gym partners, workout buddies, fitness-frenzied friends, but we need to treat them as though as how we want them to treat us.

Okay okay, after all these incidents, a call came for me while still working out. THE IT HELPDESK PERSON CALL ME FOR ME TO ACCEPT THE JOB! Of course the main requirement is COMMITMENT from the 18th of March to 12 of April, 9am to 6pm on all weekdays, cannot take any day off unless sick or emergency. $6.50 an hour for just installing software on student computer so slack and easy job who don't want? Muahahaha

Sherhong was just beside me so I told her about it, and also the fact that my dieting and workouts all totally have to change. And she just turned around and used my own words against me, saying that I should be flexible, hospitality industry must be flexible because of the job hours all these, then still can workout on the weekends. I used the word flexible against her last week, and now she uses it back on me. I like the taste of my own medicine. I'm a versatile person anyway, or at least I'd like to believe myself to be one. I've got a few days left to plan out new Intermittent Fasting hours and workout days.

Anyway the IT person asked me down at 3.30pm for application, so I waited about 2 hours and I called YQ down too, coz maybe YQ could apply for the job too! Afterall, Chang Jun and I applied at the same time on Monday, CJ turned them down and I thought his slot can be for YQ's. In the end, there was only one slot... Awww, YQ made a wasted trip and I feel bad too. The IT guy there told me that I was a VERY VERY lucky person. Because at first, they advertised out for the IT Helpdesk job on NP email and shortlisted a few candidates, then suddenly one of the candidates cannot commit because of the FOC camp or got holiday or something, so backout and just nice I came in. That's how the lucky ONE slot came in, but kinda sad only got one slot. Somemore the guy asked me how I know about his superior, because I connected with his superior to get the job. I told him that I got linked up with the director, who redirected me to the superior who redirected me to him. He told me "wah you go talk to the director, even I don't dare to talk to her" LOLOLOL. Seems like when you got some connections, things will run easier for you :D

The ones with an asterisk represents weight of each side of the olympic bar. So the total weight would be, with X = Weight*, Total Weight = 2X + 20kg

I know my posts are sometimes very wordy. Sometimes I plan to have pictures but I don't have anyone taking them for me, and as a guy (this is an excuse) I feel weird taking pictures. Hahahaa


Anyway a quick draft of my working 3 weeks workout:
Sunday - TPY GYM for Monday's workout.
Wednesday - School Gym after work for Wednesday's workout
And then screw legs (Friday), I hate legs anyway HAHAHA.


My Fasting periods will probably be like.. 9pm - 1pm
And my FEASTING periods: 1pm - 9pm (just nice lunch time go for lunch)
Sounds like a good plan, it sounds so goooooooooooooooooooood.
