Ohhhhhh look the time right now! 12:09am and that means I'll be blogging about the past (yesterday).
I didn't sleep well at all, honestly I totally forgot about the results but my body clock was wired to 2-3am so thats why. I woke up at 830am, not to check results but to prepare for IT Helpdesk training which was a freaking waste of time for me. But at 830am I awoke and saw the SMS :O, I got a shock!
Things I thought I didn't do THAT badly did real badly, like FABM, wa lao C+ sia.
Then Things I thought I did badly like OIP modules I did well, like TRMK and OIE both got A. During OIP period was seriously the most slack period of my polytechnic life. Even the TRMK Examinations, I finished the paper so fast and "YOLO" walked out.
At 10am, I was in school for some 'training'. Bullcrap, the training was MEANT for outsourced engineers that were going to work for 18 Mar - 12 Apr to help out in the installation. NP Student helpers were there just to sit through and listen as well, which 90% of the things I already knew. So what was effective then? My job scope is just to install programs for the freshies, a 10 minute refresh-my-mind session was just needed. They tried to also teach:
1. Windows 8 Navigation. I'm a Windows 8 user, no problem for me.
2. Macbook Navigation. Back in secondary school, Maris Stella High School's entire school compound (except the ancient computer lab) uses Mac. My batch was the unlucky one that wasn't included in the start of the whole school using Macbook (the Mac notebooks) for lessons. Of course I also know how to use.
3. How to get the programs online from NP's links to Microsoft stuff etc. Well.. I've got Windows 8 through this. My Laptop came with NO operating system, I manually downloaded Windows 7 from NP's links and setup my own lappy. Of course I'll have no problem.
I've exceeded the qualifications! But my time still got wasted, whole time there was just using my phone AND listening at the same time. But a couple of them doubted my multi-tasking abilities.
Anyway once I got released, I immediately headed for the gym. I said I wouldn't train legs anymore right? Screw it, I'll work it out because I wont give up, I never give up! 3x a week is no problem with the school gym closing at 9pm (but have to leave by 830pm).
I was bored during lunch time so... This picture is just about 2.5 weeks into Intermittent Fasting. Usually for any programs, its between 8 - 12 weeks before you'll start to see obvious results, which would probably be early May for me.
Okay the crazy thing was that on workout days, I'm supposed to eat about 2600 calories. I ate 450 for lunch which leaves me a remaining 2000 for post-workout which started at 6.30pm. My feeding period started from 1220pm which means it ends at 820pm. I'm left with about 2h, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm to FEAST 2000 calories, here's the FEAST:
The top picture was directly eaten after working out, about 900 calories at 6.30pm which was super filling.
I reached home at about 730pm with dinner waiting for me, I had to eat at least 1100 more calories to reach 2k, the bottom left has 500 calories while half a chicken at the bottom right has 600. As you can see from my Instagram the same story is there. I only ate 2/3 of the bottom two pictures and I couldn't eat anymore. At 815pm I paused and break every 15min to eat as much as I can to finish up the 1/3 left til 920pm where I finally finished everything. Its totally crazy to cram 2000 in just a mere couple of hours. I'm never gonna pua stunt again LOL. It was worth a try to see how much my body can take though. I understand my body better now and am willing to cater to its needs. Working so? Can still sneak out eat right? I always do this kind of "tou-gong-jian-liao" or "chi-she" things and nothing bad happens one :D
On a side note, year 1 coming in will get Office 2013 and CS6, I'm currently downloading and installing Office 2013 into my comp now :D CS6 is a huge file, I'll do it tmr or so.
